If you didn't receive your Order or Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us via our customer service and we can confirm the email address associated with your account.
We often find that incorrectly types email addresses are often cause of missing emails.
Changing or cancelling your order
When you submit an order through our checkout page, it begins to process and can’t be changed or cancelled.
If an item on your order has been moved to backorder status and you would like to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
How can I check the status of my order?
There are two easy ways to stay up-to-date on the status of your order:
Visit our Order Tracking page to view your order status. You will need your order number, email address, and billing post code.
Log into My Account and review your order history.
Note: It may take up to 48 hours after an order has shipped for tracking information to appear. If "Track Item" is not shown next to each of your items ordered, your order is still being prepared. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your items ship and can then sign up to receive text alerts for tracking updates.
Prices
Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah. Bath & Body Works reserves the right to make price changes prior to an order placed by you. All items follow Bath & Body Works' pricing unless otherwise stated in promotion or Gifts With Purchase. Bath & Body Works reserves the right to cancel or not move to process your order if the product(s) ordered is discontinued or out of stock; order does not meet the order criteria set above on pricing; order was made during web maintenance and caused by a system glitch.
Cancelled item(s) / order
Sometimes orders or items from an order are cancelled by our system. The reasons vary from errors in billing information to items that have sold out. If, for any reason, your order or items are cancelled, we will email you with a detailed explanation.
You will not be billed for any cancelled items. On cases you are billed, refunds will be done to your mode of payment.

When purchasing a Buy Items, Get Items Free promotion, your invoice will show the unit price of each item pro-rated to reflect the promotion. For example, if the promotion was Buy 1 Item, Get 1 Free, both products would show a 50% discount. If the promotion is not working, be sure you have the required number of qualifying items in the shopping bag. For example, with a "Buy 3, Get 2 Free" promotion, you need to have a total of 5 qualifying items in your shopping bag with the 4th & 5th lowest priced items to be free. This promotion is limited to 12 quantities per checkout. If you are purchasing more than one set of Buy X Items, Get X Items Free promotion, check if your cart has the total items needed as per the promo offer. For example, if the promotion is "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" and you want to enjoy this twice on your purchase, ensure your cart has 8 unit of items upon check out with 6 full priced items, and 7th & 8th lowest priced items for free. Your cart will show your merchandise subtotal and the savings from the promo.
