Which delivery partner will be delivering my order?
It will be dispatched with either SAP or Kerry Express. If you would like to know more, please reach out to our Customer Service team and share your order no.
Can we choose who delivers our parcel?
Unfortunately, you are unable to choose as your post code will determine which delivery partner will deliver your order.
A flat rate of IDR 35K/70K will be charged for shipping & handling fees for orders valued under IDR 500K/650K or receive free shipping when you spend more than IDR 500K/650K (after discounts applied). Please note, we do not deliver to PO boxes.
