Cancelled items
We know this can be disappointing and make every effort to fulfill your items as expected when you submitted your order. Unfortunately, there are times when the demand for an item is high and we may not be aware the item is out of stock or unsellable until we go to pack your item for shipping.
Cancelled orders
There likely was an issue with the billing or card information. Double check your billing information from the order confirmation email. If all appears correct, you can contact us for more help.
Sometimes items from an order are cancelled by our system. The reasons vary from errors in billing information to items that have sold out. If, for any reason, your order or items are cancelled, we will email you with a detailed explanation.
You will not be billed for any cancelled items. A refund will be processed to your original payment method.
