Returns

What is your return policy?

Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If you're disappointed in any way; or should you receive damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. ​

We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty. We will refund according to the product price stated on the invoice. ​

IF YOU RECEIVED INCORRECT PRODUCT OR DAMAGED

You may return goods in the country they were purchased. Please contact the customer care centre for further. Products that can be returned are only products that not in accordance with the invoice or damaged.

The following is the product return procedures :

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the following points:

  • Reported within 48 hours after the product is received
  • Attach a confirmation email or order invoice
  • Attach documentation in the form of unboxing videos and photos clearly and detail.
  • Mention the name of the returned product
  • Mention the quantity of each returned product
  • Mention the reason for returning the product
  • If one of above point is incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return product you have submitted.

2. The returned product has not been used at all

3. The product is categorized as damaged or defective if it is received in a broken, cracked, spilled (in a certain amount), leaked (in a certain amount) condition, or the product components are not functioning.

4. Product damage that cannot be identified through video or photo documentation, requires the customer to return the product to the nearest Bath and Body Works outlet for immediate identification.

5. If the product is returned via a delivery service, please pay attention to the following:

  • Include a product return form
  • Product returns must be packaged carefully
  • Please use a courier with tracking and insurance services
  • The cost of returning the product is charged to the customer
  • Product returns will be processed within 3 days after we receive the product

6. Product returns are processed within a maximum of 14 working days

7. We reserve the right to refuse a return application if it is not in accordance with the applicable procedures.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON “CHANGE OF MIND” ITEMS

No ‘change of mind’ returns allowed on sale items. For more information on sale product returns, please contact our Customer Service team.

REFUNDS

Please allow 7-30 working days for refunds to be reflected in your account statement. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). During peak period, there may be a slight delay in processing your refunds. Once your refunds are processed, you will receive an email update from our Customer Service Team.
