 - Provide documentation in the form of an unboxing video from start to finish with clear and detailed photos.
 - Share a brief description of the situation.
 - Our team will assess your order and respond with the return label attached.
 - Print and place your shipping label on the parcel box.
 - Drop it off at your local post office.

 - Returned items will be processed within 3 business days once received.
